Holiday farm Zuccherini is a nice original building from 1800’s built with stone and bricks covered with a delicate pink parget. Here we obtained two apartments, one at ground floor and one at first floor, we can host up to 17 guests, whom will have the whole building, garden and swimming pool for exclusive use. At ground floor we have 3 double bedrooms, plus 1 double bedroom with bed 140×200 cm, all facing on the garden. In the middle there’s the kitchen with barrel vaults and terracotta floors, well equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4 ring stove, fridge and freezer and Carrara marble table top. From the kitchen you can reach the big living and dining room with satellite Tv. This room obtained from the old barn and we preserved the original floor and renovated the roof with exposed beams and trusses. In this room there is also an additional kitchen in support of the main one in case of many guests. Just outside the kitchen there is a gazebo for outdoor meals in the shade surrounded by olive trees and rosemary bushes. At firs floor there are 3 bathrooms, one with bathtub and two with shower. At first floor there are 2 double bedroom and one triple bedroom, all facing on the countryside around. One living room, little but cozy, looks towards north on the swimming pool and the hills far away. Next to it there is an additional dining room and kitchen. In the apartment there are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
The garden
The 5000 m2 garden surrounds the building and it’s totally fenced. Looking towards north you can see the delicate hills and the old towns of Giuncarico and Montepescali. You can use the BBQ, bicycles, and the little playground for kids, all to be shared with guests.
The swimming pool
It’s a 6×9 m swimming pool with nice view on the countryside. It has its own garden fenced for safety of the smaller guest, 2 cascades and a beautified old roman style well. Here there are sunbeds and beach umbrellas.

Angela: Agriturismo Zuccherini is incredibly lovely place.
We felt very welcome and the days spent in traditional house surrounded with a beautiful nature was exactly what we were looking for. ere are lots of thing to do at the house and in the vicinity. e house is exactly how it is described and how it looks on the photos.
It was clean, with lots of towels, linen etc. Around the house it is a beautiful garden, where the orange tree was fully in bloom, there is eucalyptus tree, roses, olive trees etc. Big swimming pool and lots of space for the kids to run around and to play. We de nitely recommend this place to all who are in search of tranquility, nature, lots of space for the kids and history.
