Dieses Restaurant befindet sich in dem D\u00f6rfchen Sticciano Scalo, nur ca. 15 Autominuten von unseren Agriturismen entfernt, einen Ort, den wir Ihnen empfehlen, ob Sie nun drau\u00dfen in dem wundersch\u00f6nen Garten in der frischen Luft sitzen, oder im Inneren, das ganze historische Geb\u00e4ude ist renoviert worden und sehr gut gepflegt. Casetta Santini benutzt f\u00fcr den gro\u00dfen Teil der Speisen eigene Produkte, toskanische Produkte km 0. 100%, vom Hersteller zum Tisch! Au\u00dfer Gastronomen sind die Leute auch Landwirte und Z\u00fcchter, spezialisiert im \u201cCinta Senese\u201c Schwein .Letzteres ist die Spezialit\u00e4t des Restaurants, falls Sie hingehen, verpassen Sie nicht, diese auszuprobieren. Die Cinta Senese wird hier in der Maremma in freier Wildbahn gehalten. Diese Rasse wird heute ausschlie\u00dflich in den Provinzen Grosseto, Arezzo und Siena gez\u00fcchtet, sie stammt aber urspr\u00fcnglich aus einem Tal der Provinz Siena. diese Schweine, deren Fleisch an den typischen Geschmack von Eicheln, Haseln\u00fcssen und Wald erinnert, bieten dem Gaumen einen ganz besonderen Genuss. Diese Tiere sind kleiner als gew\u00f6hnliche Schweine, und auch magerer, ihr Name stammt davon, dass sie auf Schulterh\u00f6he eine Art rosa G\u00fcrtel (Cinta) aufweisen, der restliche K\u00f6rper ist schwarz.
\nAu\u00dfer dieser Spezialit\u00e4t produziert das Restaurant auch den eigenen Wein, Aufschnitt, Salami etc. sowie das Eingemachte. Und als guter toskanischer Produzent darf das eigene Oliven\u00f6l nat\u00fcrlich nicht fehlen!
